DOES THE HOTEL HAVE FREE CAR PARKING FACILITIES? Yes, we have our own private car park with no charge for approximately 100 cars.
WHAT’S THE EARLIEST I CAN CHECK IN? Our check in time is 15:00, early check in can be requested while making the booking or by giving us a call. An extra charge may apply for early check-ins.
IS THERE A LATEST CHECK IN TIME? No, we have 24 hour reception at Flitwick Manor so you're most welcome to check in at any time. We do request if arriving past midnight you let us know.
WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST FROM AND TO? Our breakfast is served from 07:00 - 09:30 Monday through Friday, and 08:00 - 10:00 on the Weekend and Bank Holidays.
WHAT KIND OF BREAKFAST IS SERVED AT THE HOTEL? We offer cooked breakfast options as well as a continental buffet.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A RESTAURANT? Yes, we have an a la carte restaurant as well as a lounge with its own menu. We're also very popular for Afternoon Tea and Sunday Lunches.
WHAT TIME DOES YOUR RESTAURANT & BAR OPEN? Our a la carte restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00 - 14:30 and for dinner from 18:30 - 21:00. Our bar and lounge is open from 12:00 - 23:00 with food available from 12:00 - 21:00
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATIONS? When booking a flexible rate you're able to cancel your booking free of charge up to 16:00 the day prior to arrival.
WHAT’S THE LATEST I CAN CHECK OUT? Our check out time is 11:00, late check out can be requested while making the booking or by giving us a call. Late check out may incur an additional charge.
WHAT IF I AM RETURNING LATE TO THE HOTEL? We have 24 hour reception at Flitwick Manor, so there will always be a member of staff to allow you into the hotel.
ARE YOU A DOG-FRIENDLY HOTEL? Yes, we're a dog friendly hotel. Your furry friend is most welcome in your room for a cleaning fee of £15.00 per dog per day. Pets are not allowed in the main dining room though you're most welcome to dine in our lounge or on our terrace with your pet.
WHAT IS YOUR SMOKING POLICY? We provide ash trays outside for smoking. No smoking is allowed inside of the property.
WHAT DO I DO IF I’M UNHAPPY DURING MY STAY? If something has happened during your stay that you're unhappy about please come and see us at Reception so we can do our best to solve the issue and improve your stay.
WHAT FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED FOR CUSTOMERS WITH DISABILITIES? We have a room on the ground floor with a wet room and step-free access, where you're able to park your car in our courtyard right outside of the room. We also have a wheelchair ramp to access our lounge from the courtyard as well as hand rails to come down from inside the building.
CAN WE JOIN YOUR MAILING LIST? Absolutely, we can add you to this upon check in at the hotel or you can enroll on our website for a 10% discount on your stay.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL EVENTS? Yes, we host special food and drink evenings, Christmas and seasonal events as well as weddings, ceremonies, birthday parties, anniversaries, meetings, as well as wakes and celebrations of lives. ARE YOU A MODERN HOTEL? Flitwick Manor is a Georgian Manor House built in the 1600's. We're a very classic and homely hotel with real log fireplaces and classic decorations.
DO YOU HAVE A DRESS CODE? Only for the restaurant, we have a smart-casual dress code.
DO YOU PROVIDE LUGGAGE ROOM FACILITIES? No, we do not have a luggage room, though we're able to hold a small amount of luggage on a first come first serve basis.
DO YOU PROVIDE LEISURE FACILITIES? We do not have any leisure activities directly at Flitwick Manor, though we're most happy to advise of local activities and facilities during your stay.
WHAT CAN WE DO WHEN WE ARE IN THE AREA? We're local to many great days out with Bletchley Park, Wrest Park, Woburn Safari Park and Woburn Abbey close by, as well as Manor Park opposition the hotel, which is perfect for a nice walk.
DO YOU HAVE ANY FUNTION ROOMS Yes, we have three different function rooms. Ranging in capacity from 2 - 100 people.
WHAT IS THE FUNCTION ROOM CAPACITY? The capacity in our Brooks room is 100, the Library is 12 and the Morning room 18
