Autumn Gourmet Dinner
FRIDAY 9th OCTOBER | FROM 6.30PM
Celebrate the flavours of the season with a special five-course Autumn Gourmet Dinner at Flitwick Manor.
Our chefs have created an elegant menu inspired by the best of autumn, beginning with a roasted butternut squash cappuccino before a choice of beautifully prepared starters, including hot smoked duck breast, a mosaic of salmon, tiger prawn and red mullet, or a wild mushroom and Gruyère tart.
For the main course, choose from slow-braised feather blade of beef with seasonal vegetables and red wine jus, oven-baked cod loin with lobster bisque, or roasted pumpkin ravioli with sage cream. A refreshing blood orange sorbet follows before dessert, with tempting choices including poached pear and almond frangipane tart, dark chocolate and cherry torte, or vanilla and elderflower panna cotta.
A wonderful evening for food lovers and the perfect opportunity to enjoy seasonal dining in the elegant surroundings of Flitwick Manor.

Throughout December, our elegant country house becomes the perfect setting for Christmas dining and celebrations.
Gather friends, family, or colleagues and enjoy our Festive Restaurant Menu for lunch or dinner, available all month, join one of our amazing Party Nights or host your own Festive Private Party with exclusive use of our beautiful spaces.
On Christmas Day, let us take care of everything with a special 6-course menu filled with seasonal favourites, and ring in the New Year with an unforgettable New Year’s Eve complete with a carefully crafted dining experience.
