Join us for an evening of exceptional dining in the elegant surroundings of Flitwick Manor. Our specially crafted Gourmet Dinner Menu showcases seasonal ingredients, refined flavours, and a touch of indulgence in every course.
Begin your evening with a delicate Wild Mushroom Cappuccino with Truffle Oil before moving on to your choice of exquisite starters, such as the Poached Salmon and Leek Timbale, or the Ham Hock and Pulled Chicken Terrine with Apple & Plum Chutney and Toasted Sour Dough.
For the main course, tempt your palate with Confit Leg of Duck served with Savoy Cabbage, Kale and Pancetta, Fondant Potato and a Red Wine Jus, or the beautifully balanced Seared Fillet of Seabass & Red Mullet with Prawn & Chive Risotto, Tenderstem Broccoli, Saffron Butter Sauce. A Champagne & Elderflower Sorbet offers a refreshing pause before a decadent finale — from our indulgent White Chocolate Cheesecake to Apple & Pear Crumble Tart or Vanilla Crème Brulé.

Begin with the elegance of Whispering Angel Rosé, perfectly balancing the delicate flavours from the Wild Mushroom Cappuccino.
During your starter enjoy the classic minerality of a Chablis alongside the Poached Salmon and Leek Timbale or the Chèvre Goats Cheese & Red Onion Marmalade en Croute, Alternatively taste the silky notes of a Pinot Noir paired with the Ham Hock and Pulled Chicken Terrine.
The evening continues with a vibrant Albariño, fresh and citrus-notes, ideal with the Seared Fillet of Sea Bass and Red Mullet or Grilled Flat Mushroom with Butternut Squash. Alternatively, consider a rich and concentrated Carménère Appassimento brings depth and warmth to the Confit Leg of Duck.
Finish with the delicate vanilla and milk chocolate notes of the Barros 10 Year Old Tawny Port complementing your choice of dessert.
